For more than a decade, I've partnered with municipalities, non-profits, and developers across underserved communities in the Northeast. And at the heart of this work is the core belief - every person deserves access to safe, affordable, and dignified housing.
Originating from Long Branch, New Jersey, my dynamic career has led to tangible policy shifts and successful project approvals. Not seamlessly, but through a constant push for systemic change that addresses immediate housing needs and insists on long-term neighborhood health.
My pursuit of equitable housing development is fueled by the combination of public policy knowledge and real estate expertise. Recognized for my data-driven yet community-centered approach, I've revitalized urban corridors and shaped mixed-use development frameworks. In doing so, I've developed a reputation as a sought-after voice in the movement for sustainable, inclusive housing.
My roles often require liaison work — straddling worlds as diverse city officials, residents, and private stakeholders come together towards the common goal of housing equity. The fruits of these labors? Housing plans that put a premium on affordability, environmental resilience, and racial equity.
Beyond my consulting work, I've been honored to share insights at regional planning conferences and housing equity summits, tackling the tough issues around balancing growth with community preservation. I've written for several urban policy publications, served on advisory boards focused on transit-oriented development, and inclusive zoning — always putting the people at the heart of the process.
